To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 口感特別的淮山面

其實我都見佢開咗有一排啦，一直想試下淮山面，好似幾特別咁。朋友今日過黎搵我食飯，於是我便推介去試一試淮山面嘅真味道，佢都非常樂意接受我的安排。我叫咗雞肉魚腐淮山面，湯底係魚湯，飲蜜桃汁。朋友叫咗魚片魚腐淮山面，湯底係番茄湯，加咗杯紫薯特飲。面嘅口感真係幾特別，麵線係幼嘅，但又幾爽彈。幾喜歡這種口感，朋友亦對此讚賞有加。湯底普通，有少少魚腥味。朋友嘅番茄湯底OK我試咗啖，幾濃味下。配料無咩特別。蜜桃汁太甜。紫薯特飲無咩味。不過主要係想試個麵，其他嘢就唔會要求太高。環境都坐得幾舒適，兩個人去都可以坐卡位。（星期六夜晚七點去到）見好多人都比差評，話服務差……我自己又真係無感受到。正正常常。平時食飯可以多個選擇，都唔錯！
