To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家懷舊上海菜館曾經獲得米芝蓮推薦，從門面到餐廳裝潢，的確有種老香港的感覺。裝潢十分簡樸，正確來說沒什麼裝潢，座位也很少，牆上掛了日籍畫家Mango Naoko為餐廳畫的畫作，簡單而懷舊味甚濃。沒服務可言，可能真性情。殘殘舊舊，滲透著歷史的味道。點了二人套餐。上菜速度頗快，點餐不久就送來了。⭐️回鍋肉這是我第一次吃回鍋肉，腩肉刨成薄薄一片，加上捲心菜一起炒，入口惹味而不覺肥膩感。⭐️酸辣湯材料有黑木耳、蛋絲、豆腐絲、紅蘿蔔等，十分足料。嚐一口，酸辣味突出，十分醒胃呢！⭐️糖醋魚塊魚塊薄薄一塊，還有青椒和洋蔥。入口微脆，魚肉柔嫩，醬汁酸甜，下飯一流！⭐️八寶茶最特別是八寶茶，以菊花、紅棗、杞子、胖大海等，入口甘甜順口，是養生呢！
