To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食中菜…搵啲道地啲嘅街坊菜館，同家人都常常黎呢間！因為門口可泊車🤭有位家人一想起食「蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦」就會嚟呢一間是日晚餐：梅菜扣肉🍖薑汁芥蘭🥗薑蔥霸王雞🐔蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦🦐魚腸焗蛋🐟🍴梅菜扣肉 - 非常有懷舊嘅味道, 梅菜係食落去係甜梅菜，唔係鹹死嗰啲，梅菜好夠腍、五花腩都好入味，入口即溶、不油不膩、肉嘅油香用嚟配白飯真係一流！🍴薑汁炒芥蘭 - 出面有時啲菜炒完都會有一浸草青味，但呢度ok,少油，ok 呀！🍴金銀蒜蒸開邊蝦 - 呢個菜式非常好送飯，蝦鮮甜，雖然蝦唔大隻，但啲肉好結實，so far食咗咁多間都鍾意食呢間多嘅味道，好啱胃口！喺屋企蒸，點都係係蒸唔到菜館嘅味道👅可能係要讚油嘅原因😆🍴雞蛋焗魚腸 - 呢個就失去咗原本以前嘅古早味，因為佢最肥嘅部份拎走咗，冇晒啲魚肝嘅油香味，蛋應該係蒸完再焗，唔夠以前懷舊嗰種乾身，下次可以改為試吓魚腸煎蛋.🍴薑蔥霸王雞 - 因為經常食，所以知道佢唔係次次都保持到水準，欣賞佢多蔥多薑，但今次啲雞蒸得熟過頭，要嚼好耐🤣🤣🤣菜館！請加油！一行六人五大一小，埋單五百幾，其實都係合理😎😎其實已回頭多次，因為蒜蓉開邊蝦真係唔錯！🤪🤪🤪樓面啲阿姐都講嘢幾大聲，要
