呢一排唔知點解特別興台灣古早味蛋糕,開到成行成市,淨係紅磡區都可能超過10間。古早味即係懷舊嘅味道,講到懷舊咁呀梗係要食原味蛋糕才看到水準高低。呢間舖頭有個櫥窗可以睇到師傅點樣整蛋糕,反而收銀櫃檯放喺入面,佢地都有好多唔同味道嘅選擇,不過今次都要返原味,因為係想買來做早餐,早餐都唔想食咁濃口味嘅蛋糕。基本上都保持到古早味蛋糕嘅鬆軟口感,而佢哋原味蛋糕嘅顏色比其他更深黃,我估係代表用嘅雞蛋顏色咁深色,味道唔會好甜,淡淡然嘅蛋香更加吸引人。呢個份量足夠我哋一家三口做早餐,每人約25元,算係富貴家常早餐。
