雖然我未去過潮州,但見到師傅樣樣都親力親為,做每道出品都full of heart 就知一定係正宗既潮州味道呢間店由外到內都好有品味首先飲返杯潮州功夫茶杯茶甘香味十足入口有微微既苦,但慢慢就轉變成回甘既味道!「一口凍鮮鮑拼鵞片」每一塊既鵝片都好軟滑😍以前食親果啲都比較實淨難口的!所以一食就叮一聲,有驚喜重點係一啲肥膏都無,原來師傅會上碟前切走哂啲肥膏,而當中的油脂香會係製作過程中滲左落鵝片入面,所以口感特別軟滑「花膠紅燒大魚翅」潮州翅同粵式翅好唔同!粵式比較稀,而潮式比較結身原因係用左好多花膠熬製個base味道比較甜,料好足我覺得加埋芫茜一齊食最perfect「潮式香煎大鷹鯧」目測純粹覺得係普通既煎魚,但食落超級有驚喜肉質滑到呢......簡直係外脆內滑!「潮州芋蓉鴨件」「走地龍崗鮮雞」用左普寧豆豉焗製,香味十足雞味濃得黎仲好滑「大地魚炒芥蘭菜」每一條芥蘭都好爽脆師傅仲切哂啲外衣,一啲渣都無「乾燒雙面皇」呢個係潮州菜既象徵!煎得好脆口,而且唔會一夾散哂加砂糖加醋一齊食最正甜品仲有白果芋泥 & 美國波子提子食材預備需時,所以要早一日預約!
