To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ✿ 黑松露燒賣 
燒賣大隻飽滿,以豆腐、蔬菜和香菇等素菜代替傳統燒賣的肉餡,口感軟嫩多汁,搭配黑松露的香氣,口感豐富。

✿ 素琵琶豆腐  
素琵琶豆腐以蔬菜及豆製品為材料,加入秘製醬汁,口感柔軟細膩。

✿ 龍華寺素卷
一層層的腐皮包裹著素菜材料,腐皮層次分明,肉眼可見的酥脆,香口而不油膩。

✿ 辣素牛肉煎餃
餃子皮薄餡料滿滿,雖然頗辣,但酥脆的外皮加上鮮嫩的素肉餡,金黃酥脆,非常惹味。

✿ 豉油皇素肉炒腸粉
腸粉份量很多,加入豉油炒起後,惹味甘香,米香味突出;搭配素牛肉,味道豐富;幾度我都忘了自己正在吃素食呢~

𓆠 有機雲霧冷泡茶:
顧名思義茶館,品茶少不了;熱呼呼的天氣下,還是選了冷泡茶。記得小時候家中長老特愛沏茶,告訴我茶有甘有苦有甜有澀,需細品才能悟出真締;長大後,雖然最愛仍是咖啡和牛奶,但對茶的喜愛亦有增長。
雲霧綠茶來自浙江,細嫩美味,餘韻猶長;喝完可以攜走再加水繼續飲用。

𓆠 鳳凰單欉淡啤:
利用大量冷泡鳳凰入酒,因此帶有微微的柑橘香氣,未曾嚐過茶啤的我表示很新奇爽口;茶啤酒味較為輕盈,麥芽味相對較單薄,味甘清淡。
