To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要數元祖級嘅馬拉野，蘇媽蘇媽都算係始祖由深水埗嘅本店食到旺角的分店，水準依然都keep 到旺角嘅分店古色古香，店舖亦都夠大，晏晝時間唔好等位椰香咖央多士$42食馬拉嘢必食咖央多士，同平時出邊嘅咖央多士唔同，牛油係溶咗入啲咖央度咖央厚度比起牛油更厚身，所以椰香味特別重魚仔蘿蔔糕$52蘿蔔糕香煎醬另上，個蘿蔔糕皮脆脆哋，裏面keep到好鬆化，不過個醬冇咩味分檳城福建蝦麵$68個面底可以自選，所以揀咗滲滲，即係米粉油面一齊食湯底係濃郁嘅蝦湯，橙色湯底好鮮甜，配料都有齊魚蛋、大蝦、通菜、雞蛋等等，都幾好食
