Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港島區一日遊,來到天后,看到上海弄堂的分店,來吃個上海菜。菜式選擇多,我們選了一飯一麵。紅燒肉百頁結菜飯($68)的百頁結沾滿醬油,肉汁味與醬油香味,令人多吃幾口菜飯。醉雞擔擔麵($75),擔擔麵甚為出色。擔擔麵沒有用上花生,卻加了很多充滿鹹香味的碎豬肉粒。麵質上佳,滑中帶嘴嚼感,是我吃過最好麵質的擔擔麵。湯底如餐牌中所示的橙色,但沒有油膩感。醉雞嫩滑帶酒香,雞皮如啫喱狀。原本以為是普普通通的上海春卷($28),甫吃一口就知與酒樓吃的大相徑庭。春卷皮看上去跟酒樓的一樣,但這裡的春卷皮炸得薄軟脆而不硬。內裡的料足,有津白、豬肉絲和香菇。朋友很滿意這道看似平平無奇的菜,不覺油膩。菜肉餛飩(8隻)($48)的餛飩皮又薄又滑,餛飩皮盛載着滿滿的豬肉與小棠菜,放在豉油湯中,味清帶鮮。我最喜歡這個餛飩皮,顯然跟平常吃的不一樣,薄中帶厚,一般的薄餛飩皮只有又薄又滑的口感,這裡的餛飩皮微微添了厚度,令吃時更有嚼感,又不會覺得太厚。本想再點紅油抄手,但吃不了這麼多食物便作罷。飲品選了凍酸梅湯($17),侍應說這是季節限定的,現在是夏季,所以有酸梅湯。酸梅湯味略酸,又可去油膩,配紅燒肉一絕。凍豆漿($14
