離港前夕,跟好友到居酒屋訴訴苦、舒舒壓餐廳位於百年戰前唐樓活化保育而成的M7內,充滿格調有木色系的榻榻米、傳統紅磚牆、木摺窗,再貫注玻璃幕牆西洋風佔地二千平方呎,結合咖啡店、餐廳、酒吧及居酒屋,將明治時代「和洋折衷」風格完美呈現居酒屋提供大量下酒菜包括前菜、串燒、串揚、煮物等,讓客人小酌一番菊姬山田錦先一杯純米酒輕快易入口,跟任何食材都非常配合手工煎蛋伴白飯魚仔口感精緻頗有自家特色,擺盤也蠻有巧思柚子胡椒酒煮大蜆非常飽滿,有爆汁的感覺,湯頭新鮮清甜帆立貝味噌煮蛋加入麵豉、香蔥及生雞蛋,奉上餐桌後再燒熱,香郁鮮味共冶一爐手做免治雞肉棒燒特別以日本赤雞製成,雞味濃郁原粒雞腎串完全沒有內臟的腥味,口感爽脆白鱔串燒得香口不乾柴,外脆內軟,完全無碎骨阿波美雞翼用上德島著名的阿波美雞,肉質鮮嫩可口
