7/4(二) 8:45pm休假的週二,兼職後跟M先生於又一城會合.我倆到了"皇后飯店"商討事宜.八時多的"皇后",食客不多,我倆選了靠窗的方桌,點了焗魚意粉$108及焗釀蟹蓋餐$160(龍蝦湯加$25).龍蝦湯--龍蝦湯具其色卻欠其味,呷一口,僅嚐出雞湯味濃非常,有形無實的龍蝦湯!焗魚意粉--石斑先炸再焗之,魚肉結實,鮮味於茄汁襯托下依然能啖出其鮮;至於茄汁酸甜度恰好,稍富咬頭的意粉佐以大量蘑菇,洋蔥及青豆,以一人之力實在無法將其征服...焗釀蟹蓋餐--焗釀蟹的蟹肉富質感,原味亦頗強,舖上焦脆芝士,伴以可口薯角吃之,合意的水準!服務方面服務生不太懂禮儀,乃粗枝大葉型;專業度有改提升.繼到家豬扒飯後,另一拿手絕活--焗魚意粉!
