幾個月前食過一次皇后飯店,當時只係喺又一城入面隨便搵一間餐廳,都唔知原來呢間餐廳已經咁耐歷史,食過一次覺得都OK,見到新聞話佢就快結業,於是喺結業之前再帶屋企人嚟試一次。打過幾次佢都話冇位,我哋決定直接去Walk in試吓, 6:15左右到,唔使排隊可以即刻入,但係餐廳入面已經九成滿座,估計6:30前其實都可以直接入去,之後就要等位。三個餐都揀咗三道菜,要餐湯,前菜就大蝦俄國薯仔沙律、焗田螺配黑松露薯蓉、白酒煮青口各一。餐包、飲品就係每個餐本身都有。餐包熱,軟熟是日餐湯,忌廉湯羅宋湯大蝦俄國薯仔沙律有3隻蝦白酒煮青口個白酒汁好味,不嗆,用嚟撈意粉食都好食焗田螺配黑松露薯蓉薯蓉焗到好乾,咬落脆身,田螺肉彈牙,細細粒加$80芝士焗蟹蓋上面好多芝士好香,入面全部都係蟹肉挪威比目魚拼海虎蝦檸檬牛油汁 三道菜$330魚煎得好香,塊皮雖然淋咗但都好食,少少骨,魚肉仲好滑蝦幾大隻,肉質彈牙個汁反而一般不太夾,亦有啲油燒西班牙黑毛豬扒 三道菜$350呢個豬扒係最唔好食,超乾超硬超鞋,勁難咬,要切到超級細粒先食到,仲要$350得舊豬,另外有個餐平啲係豬扒再加隻蝦,仲好,食魚呀蝦呀龍蝦同牛扒都好似抵好多。

不經不覺原來此店在又一城已開業25年了,上次光顧此餐廳已是4年幾前的事了,好耐無來光顧,得知就快結業,今次專誠趁結業前一日再來光顧,上次是吃下午茶,今次是吃晚餐,點了一份Dinner Special-2 courses~ 香煎龍脷柳配菠菜汁配薯菜+羅宋湯+餐包+熱檸茶,整體食物質素及味道都很好,只是略嫌薯菜中的炸薯條不夠熱有點失色,配菜只有3隻迷你彩椒比想像少,有點失望,但整體及賣相大致上都是很有水準。不過這次最後光顧除想緬懷昔日在這進餐的情懷外,亦想留下一個美好的回憶。

得知此店將於8月中關門大吉,家中長老又未曾幫襯,故星期六特意帶長老去食一餐。當日門外總是有人排隊,隊長時長時短,等了一會,原來打算食午餐等到踏入下午茶時段。下午茶時段,午餐與下午茶同時兼得,加上下午茶有長老喜歡的蝦多士,決定幫襯下午茶。入座後,「柯打」午餐的英皇雞飯及俄羅斯牛肉意粉,以及下午茶的蝦多士。前2者的白飯及意粉份量實在少,但白汁雞及俄羅斯牛肉反而份量足夠,味道則一般。蝦多士新則熱辣辣,總括而言,食物味道一般,但坐得舒服,衞生良好,性價比都不錯。最驚喜反而是奶茶,雖然少奶少冰,無礙味道,紅茶香濃,喜出望外。

趁這間餐廳結業前,前來晚餐。看到餐牌價錢個心即刻離一離,都知唔平,但算啦,反正最後一次。都是點了3 courses 餐,餐包夠熱嘅,正常水平。羅未湯,足料嘅,有肉,食道濃郁,帶微辣,不錯。前菜選了煙三文魚沙律,正常。蝦薯仔蛋沙律,正常。主菜友人叫了魚和蝦,配檸檬汁,蝦都大隻嘅,應該ok嘅。我叫了五成熟牛柳,配鵝肝蒜茸汁,汁唔夠點,味道略淡,鵝肝都煎得香脆,正,略薄。牛柳很厚,邊位略熟,入面都六、七成熟了,可能太厚,不過都焾嘅,唔會柴皮咁,都少少juicy。飲品叫了chocolate,正常。總結,太貴了吧,服務同食物質素相當一般,純粹結業前一食。

早陣子介紹過,1952年開業,比我更要老,主打俄羅斯菜的老牌餐廳皇后飯店,自老闆賣出銅鑼灣自置物業移民,經幾十年的人事變遷後,現今餘下在九龍又一城和港島的北角店雖然人面全非,個人甚至覺得它更像間港式西餐廳甚至茶餐廳,不過基於童年回憶,間中仍會光顧一下,可惜最近餐廳宣布,又一城店將營業至八月中便正式結業,可能會物色在其他區域或地點重開。自從宣布一出,又一城店每天都見過來懷緬,又或打卡留念的人龍,因為不想山長水遠過去北角,故意選擇在上班日午餐餐期後,兩三點過來再吃一餐,算是話別,豈料仍見排隊的人龍,而以往熟口面扎馬尾的帶位姐姐和笑容滿面的收銀姐姐都換了人,好不容易到我們時,帶位姐姐在確認我們四個人是來吃午餐,而不是下午茶的時候, 更告訴我們用餐時間只有90分鐘,坐下來更發現侍應大部份都人面全非,只剩下一位年紀較大的「資深」員工,而進食期間更發生了一段小插曲,廚房的師傅出來到近門口收銀處發牢騷,似乎是因近日光顧的客人絡繹不絕,他們人手供不應求,可能因為這個原因,羅宋湯跟從前的差遠了,其他食物也只是中規中矩,吃過這一頓,相信我們再也不會不捨,反而更期待將會進駐這裡,國內已經上市有名的主打酸菜魚

聽講佢好似八月摺埋,今日瞓醒,同老婆阿仔去又一城行咗陣,去完反斗城買Pokémon 卡(大家小心佢哋啲價錢牌好fake),之後去佢度食飯,1745已經排到去前面雪糕檔位置(反而雪糕檔鬼影都無隻),排咗差唔多35+分鐘就入座,其實佢若然一早開埋另一邊就應該唔使等咁耐⋯🙄坐低叫咗3 dishes set for 2同2 dishes set for 1,首先例牌紅白湯上枱,不過唔知係咪好耐無幫襯,啲紅湯爭咗少少⋯之後係沙律上枱,三文魚沙律一般⋯⋯🙄阿仔個牛柳鵝肝上枱(叫七成但切開得五至六成)之後老婆叫嘅豬胺上枱,一般⋯無乜juicy 都少少乾咗啲之後到我隻西冷上枱,件牛七成似九成🙄但係,點解以前上sauce 唔係用膠兜,點解而家要咁上🤔🤔🤔Side bet 咗個「香蕉船」打算比阿仔(呢啲童年時代算係高級貴價嘢),望落去以為朱古力,「混妮娜」同士多也李雪糕,但係一叉落去入口⋯⋯喂!點解亞視嚟嘅🙄🙄🙄,原本係咖啡豆腐同紅豆味雪糕,不過話時話,個咖啡味幾正同有碎nuts幾好⋯⋯把遮啲童年回憶返晒嚟,阿仔都玩咗陣始終三年幾疫情過後,好話唔好聽句,真係靠北水內循就救到香港⋯ X X X X啦⋯⋯始終
