To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳附近都有大家樂大快活, 要食嘢大把選擇。但今日忽然想食海南雞飯, 本住雞飯主題嘅餐廳應該好食過佢哋, 就去幫襯咗chicken factory。幫襯過呢間餐廳幾次, 烤雞又買過, 海南雞飯又食過。今日晏晏地, 諗住食個迷你海南雞飯套餐當lunch, 價錢$29, 包飲品。我想食啲蔬菜, 加12蚊買咗個焗雜菜。但係嚟到個海南雞飯只有黑豉油淋喺面。我唔係海南人, 又唔係馬來西亞人/新加坡人, 喺我認知裏面, 冇試過食海南雞飯冇嗰碟辣醬。問廚房個阿姐, 佢話係食午餐個海南雞飯先有辣醬, 如要要畀$5。吓? 黑豉油辣醬同蒜蓉唔係海南雞嘅基本醬料咩? 哦! 呢間主打海南雞同焗雞嘅餐廳, 下午茶版嘅海南雞飯要加$5先可以有辣醬, 我真係第一次見識, 仲有咩好講? 唔係我唔捨得使錢, 我$12加個焗菜on top of $29嘅餐都冇嫌貴, 但係呢間餐廳嘅做法令我太失望。話分兩頭, 雞係滑嘅; 以我目測厚度如果有1.5 cm, 實際雞肉嘅厚度有0.5cm-1cm, 雞皮加雞油係我自己揀唔食啫; 焗蔬菜都幾香牛油味, 係鹹咗少少。飲品不過不失, 点咗紅菜頭XX汁,冇貨就飲咗樽溝出嚟嘅檸水。環境方面

環境方面, ceiling嗰個圓盤型銀色冷氣出風口, 有好多水珠掛喺度, 隨時滴水落嚟, 堂食嘅食客要小心揀位坐。
