To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁啱放假行過,之前聽朋友提及過呢間點心店,所以今次就同媽咪過嚟試吓。雖然限時個半鐘,但係都算夠時間食。佢俾一般傳統茶樓好嘅地方就係,可以叫店心set,可以等我同媽咪每個點心都試到,唔使好似茶樓咁,一叫就要食三四件🥰🥰 另外覺得特別嘅就係,好多點心都有醬爆效果🤣🤣雖然侍應有提及,但係我諗佢哋可以再做得啲嘅就係再三提示嗰種將爆效果🤣🤣🤣 本人認為水煮魚餃最有驚喜。首先冇諗過水煮魚可以變做點心,而食落嘅時候,裏面亦都係啖啖魚肉。下次去一定要再食呢個。另外,俾個鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣嚇親🙈🙈因為侍應冇提及佢係醬爆,所以一口咬落去,啲汁噴出嚟,浪費咗一啲鹹蛋黃醬🥲🥲🥲🥲
