To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次見到啲間餐廳都排長龍,卒之夜晚咁啱經過,見唔駛排隊走去食。2個人叫左鳳爪,肉餅蒸飯,蝦餃,燒賣,糯米雞,帶子腸,青菜,腐竹卷同埋蘿蔔糕。 除左帶子腸ok啲之外,我睇唔出同屋村酒樓有咩分別,可能有時候屋村某啲酒樓仲好啲。鳳爪-冇味,叫做好在冇染色,但係甩皮甩骨,瘦到死。糯米雞-啲雞肉梅嘅,粒潤腸超肥。蝦餃-皮係薄嘅,不過蒸過龍,啲皮溶溶地。真係唔會再去,同一蘭一樣,試一次就夠
