To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚，我和丈夫到油麻地的沙嗲王吃晚餐，我們吃了一個2人套餐。套餐有很多款食物，包括2個法國龍蝦湯(配蒜香烤飯2件)、蟹粉豆腐鍋配飯、白咖哩香茅豬扒飯、越南脆皮春卷、2杯飲品和2個甜品。今晚食物的味道只屬一般，2個龍蝦湯還可以，蟹粉豆腐鍋太黏，蟹粉量不足，味道尚可；越南春卷的生菜太小，菜葉太小，不能包實春卷。我最欣賞白咖哩香茅豬扒飯，是我的至愛，我每次必點。香茅豬扒軟身，白咖哩味香，但飯較少，不夠吃。鲜杧果椰汁西米露太稀，不甜，不好吃。雪糕杯太硬，根本沒法吃。我們吃完晚餐後，買了一個白咖哩香茅豬扒飯外賣给女兒，我和女兒都很喜歡，每隔一段時間一定會心思思想去吃。
