Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山有兩間譚仔, 經常都去位處迴旋處那邊的三哥, 還是第一次來馬鞍山廣場入面的譚仔. Menu都不盡相同, 所以不用多看便可order.雞肉米線- 3小辣 ($31)湯底是我想吃的辣度但缺了麻feel, 米線淥得腍身, 芽菜, 青葱, 腐皮充滿在湯底中, 雞肉的份量都不少, 感覺是嫩的.尖椒皮蛋 ($21)有點失望就是這個尖椒皮蛋只有一點椒粒, 最惹味的蒜粒卻不在碗中 , 而汁底好像油/汁分了家, 皮蛋沒好好沾上辣汁, 而口感方面, 皮蛋有點像浸了很久的鐵蛋, 無論蛋黃和外皮都有韌的口感, 浪費了.
