To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只得三五檯客......

上幾星期到元氣吃過一次午飯，一入店內.... Suppose是lunch hour，但店內竟只得三五檯客不是吧，難道經濟真的那麼差？與半年前剛開幕時的情景，相差甚遠 論食物質素，如壽司、冷麵，OK啦論服務水平，不過不失啦但勝在菜單經常更新，有新款的壽司或菜式選擇無論有甚麼新款式的壽司，總少不了我的最愛------三文魚刺身！一餐份量不太多，散叫壽司、刺身的午餐，三個人吃，盛惠$200不太抵！
