To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我都好耐冇飲過茶，有啲心掛掛，所以同朋友去飲茶傾計。唔知係咪太耐冇去過飲茶嘅原故，覺得服務同水平都差咗，有些少失望。等左15分鐘位，一入去，迫食客只可以用安心出行，唔可以寫紙字登記資料。同一般茶樓餐廳做法有異。上菜速度正常，但伙記唔係好收籠同埋碟，令枱面空間不足。添水都比較慢 (時間下晝2點，過左最忙時間)。食物方面，有叉燒米線但係冇叉燒瀨粉，唔夠正宗，叉燒份量都比較少。試咗黑金流沙包，賣相吸引，食落多好夠熱，但流出來嘅奶黃，冇乜味，唔知自已食緊咩。其他食物都係普普通通，下次唔會想再嚟。
