從來不明白why COVA會係甘出名, 老實說最近都食過食次, 我真係覺得除了它的COFFEE可以推介以外, 我找不到其他的理由.1. cream soup - 無咩特別不過就唔係用罐頭開既, cream味比較多一點.2. lobster意粉-lobster比較細小, 唔彈口又唔係梅既. 不過真係唔似我平時向中式油樓食到個d 甘彈口及甜. 意粉偏淋左小小.3. risotto - 好普通. 4. tiramisu - 係用lady finger做的, 不過佢唔夠酒香, 仲食到小小lady finger係乾乾地. 堂食佢會加幾粒烘乾左既coffee bean, 不過老實說甘樣做完全令食黎個dessert更有難度. coffee bean好硬如要咬碎都要幾大力同你食tiramisu不用咬成一個對比. 加上個coffee bean完全帶唔到任何味道出黎, 我好想知why個chef會放幾粒甘既野下去呢?? 5. mango cake - 唔係好中意佢外面有d cake 碎甘既外面, 個cake太細了, 所以帶不出任何口感. mango既味不太多.6. latte - 一向推介佢地的coffee

6. latte - 一向推介佢地的coffee, latte就算係用skim milk都唔會唔滑及佢地既coffee真係有獨特的香味. 真係好得. 佢地既coffee 係比star buck及pacific coffee都好味.

7. hot chocolate - 哈哈可能我知佢係用古百利chocolate powder做的, 所以我覺得麻麻. 因為chocolate既favor唔濃, 奶又唔下得多, 所以係有點失敗.

來cova可以hea, 不過食物就真係麻麻及太貴. 用甘既price可以有好多既choices.
