To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 明白做冬 人多是難免進去後點菜 其中一項是煲仔飯 即時話煲仔飯要等45分鐘最後就算啦 可能佢要比枱下一輪 唔想我地叫啲太耐既菜式但黎左個滷水拼盤 之後 其他野全漏單眼見隔兩枱啲熟客 遲過我地入 人地一叫完就好快上菜係去到問左兩至三次 每次隔一段時間 都只係用對講機問 但又無結果 最後真係忍唔住話取消單佢先黎最後比錢時都係叫左幾次 然後終於比到個侍應係黑面架 點樣呀 我都未比態度 好似我做錯事甘? 唔好成日問啲人點解唔留港 你比咩服務人?
