To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過不少香港好多酒店下午茶,見星耀廊這新酒店想試一下,經openrice 網上訂枱,本人要求枱位置近玻璃窗,訂完枱後再用電話聯絡酒店確認下,因經
openrice訂下午茶有9折優惠,當聯絡上酒店問了四個問題.
1, 是否已收到確認訂枱
2. 下午茶9折優惠,是否需要例印9折優惠影印本到餐廳.
3, 訂枱位置要求近玻璃窗.
4. 酒店是否有shuttle bus 接送
電話中的職員只能回答shuttle bus 問題,由於其他問題需要由餐廳回答.會要求餐廳職員復我,可惜兩日都沒有任何人回復,直到訂枱前兩日我再聯絡酒店,咁大間酒店沒有職員即時接聽,又要再次留口訊,到第二日才回復,雖然有職員回復但都不是餐廳職員,咁大間酒店只係答幾個問題都不能夠即時回答簡單問題要客人等了兩日時間再次聯絡酒店才有回復.
酒店確認訂枱後發了email 本人,內容中Dress Code要求,Smart Casual

當日去到餐廳感覺如此低級...進餐時不停有不是餐廳的國內人及本地人行離行去行出行入餐廳,又嘈,而且酒店要求Dress Code但所有人入餐廳更本就沒有跟隨餐廳要求,而職員都沒有理會陌生人行離行去餐廳,令本人和朋友都非常不滿,而餐廳職員什麼都不清楚連餐廳廁所都胡亂指示,餐廳有些職員要再好好作出改善訓練, 餐廳除了一位菲律賓藉職員印象禮貌和比較好,其他就.......

...下午茶餐普普通通..沒有驚喜

這酒店似大陸酒店只係又嘈又亂.
