To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前食過呢度既TEA SET一次. 印象唔係太好. D野唔係咁好食. 服務亦同隔離既天龍軒差得遠. 只係因為見酒店有7折PROMOTE, 而且為咗佢個境就嚟試多次. 去到當日天色麻麻, 唔係咁睇到窗外境色. 興奮指數已經降低一半. 再嚟係安排咗比較後既位.  直頭有種快手食完就走既感覺. 坐低揀茶, 要咗POMME PRESTIGE TEA. 感覺唔到有咩特別揀完茶,  送嚟兩杯welcome drink.  除咗好甜, 感覺就係杯加咗好多水既baileys. 飲咗兩啖就放棄至於個tea set, 自己睇吧 .  因為唔覺得有邊樣值得介紹.  真心, JW個TEA SET好食好多.  大部份咸點都食唔出係乜. 真係要睇住個Menu先知佢係乜. 甜品方面更加唔洗講. 你睇隻兔仔靚到....是日唯一驚喜, 就只有經理過嚟SELL我地話平日佢地做開$1200既魚子醬, 今日$400就可以食到. 問我地有無興趣試下.  平咁多, 當然有興趣扮下上等人啦.  結果呢個魚子醬就成為我地當日唯一食哂既野啦. 提外話, 呢兩個信封係我地食到大半先放低既.  好貼心總結係, 女仔都係鐘意打CARD.

總結係, 女仔都係鐘意打CARD. 而Ritz Carlton個境係靚既. 但野食真係唔得囉. 如果想要個VIEW, 我建議你過去天龍軒食好過. 一樣既VIEW, 起碼野食好食好多.
