Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經很久沒有來這裡飲茶了。最初來的時候,已是十年前!當時每次遇上平日放半晝(當時返前線工作),就會相約家人到這裡飲茶。因為不是經常放半晝,所以每次都很珍惜,每次都吃得瘋狂,價錢已不是考慮之列!之後轉了寫字樓工,就沒有平日早走的機會,自然亦沒有再來的理由。今天再來,地方依然寬敞,下午茶依然有不少人等位,這些和從前的都沒變。留不住的,是質素,亦是最可惜的。有些點心以前是必點的,魚雲,腸粉,蝦餃等,如今全部都不外如是。唯一叫做可以的,是我媽喜歡的甜豆糕,和以前沒有的燒鵝瀨粉。今天試了柚皮鴨掌,也是可以的。整體來說,如果要尋回昔日的美好,似乎只能在回憶中尋找。
