To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日食過Triple-O's嘅$49Burger Combo，尋日早餐咁橋又食包，不過係茶記嘅$10豬扒包。點解要先寫上面嘅說話呢？因為兩者比較，價錢相差5倍，但口感味道卻不相伯仲！呢間茶記其實存在已久，不過因為對面大型屋苑入伙而從新裝修過，食物水準都係一般而且。但係佢個豬扒包比起Triple-O's一d都唔失禮！個豬扒包係用嘉頓熱狗包，都係有新鮮蕃茄同沙律醬，但係塊豬扒係比較Triple-O's嘅香！而且只不過係$10！不過要伸明一點，呢間茶記嘅其他o野只係一般，唔好太大期望！
