To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 選擇在下午茶之後晚飯之前再次獨訪添好運, 店員正好安排我坐上次的位置.這次試吃他家的土魷馬蹄肉餅飯再加芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷.先上來的是土魷馬蹄肉餅飯, 肉餅咬口軟軟的, 飯量也不少, 只是水份充足了點, 要是再蒸多一會, 水份充份揮發後會更好!吃至中途, 芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷來了. 咬了一口, 有點燙咀呢, 而且他外表不像是腐皮卷, 反而像春卷那樣脆脆的, 芝士和蝦味都很充足.不喜歡芝士的朋友要慎選呀!後面因爲還約了朋友, 未能悠閒的嘆下茶, 有點太趕了.
