日見 (尖沙咀).又到放假嘅日子,見好耐無食omakase,就揀左間食(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) .▪️$588 Lunch Omakase▪️.先來個前菜,和風蕃茄先清新一下個口,然後係左口魚以及南瓜💜茶碗蒸係松葉蟹肉,超好食勁滑溜因為今日booking比較full同埋得一位師傅,所以今次食左比較耐。預備好先上三點刺身,伊左目,池魚以及大帶子,個大帶子肥美到非筆墨能形容!之後後壽司就上場:.•池魚 有鮮魚味,皮邊有咬口,個飯微甜•金目鯛 燒過,呢舊反面味道淡啲,少少魚油香•秋刀魚 一條條 熟嘅唔太腥 有葱吊香 半化 •銀鱈魚- 炙燒後好香魚油,勁肥美,食完會有微膩感•金線鯛-日本深海紅衫魚,煙熏令佢放鬆再收緊,肉質會爽實啲,乾身•平池- 加上xo醬辣椒油,味道好新穎,魚肉本身都好嫩滑•中島上拖羅- 肉質比較結實,非入口即化•拖羅天靈蓋-入口滑溜,軟綿綿滑口,罕有部位•白鰻- 鰻魚中最高級,食落無乜魚刺,肉實.手卷師傅一改作風,比左餅底我地(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 特別啲唔洗一味只食紫菜手卷,海膽creamy🤭.食到尾聲,有蕃茄蜆肉麵豉湯以及烏冬,最後仲有自家奶凍(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎).📌 日見 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀柯士甸
