🌟This is my first Omakase in Hong Kong!🤩🤩 Celebrating my uni best frd’s bday at Matsu located in Tsim Sha Tsui!

🌟The chef is nice and put a lot effort to explain the dish and food one by one📝 Nice place for family/friends gathering 🙆🏻‍♀️ I really like their decorations and the appearance of the appetizers 🥰

🌟We have ordered their lunch Omakase menu and the portions is perfect for boys but a bit too much for girls haha but who can resist the sashimi getting into your belly😆🤰🏻Toro is always my fav🤤 It was amazing!! Melting in my mouth🥹🥹

🌟All in all, I would love to visit again and I hope they have scallops next time🥺 The price is reasonable and worthy!! Highly recommend to Omakase lovers💖

女朋友生日 終於儲夠錢同佢食omakase喇🤓首先前菜已經驚艷到我地 溫室蕃茄 甜度食落似用糖煮過 南瓜完全扭轉左本身對呢樣食物既諗法 恰到好處 甜 唔會太硬/太爛 小魚乾配合桃食落過癮開胃之後上茶碗蒸 配料有黑松露 日本白蝦 黑松露香口 食落口有淋有脆好有趣 撈均食簡直想伸條脷落去奶乾淨個碗仔😜其次到刺身 師傅建議唔好點豉油食 從來只係食開比較平既日本餐廳刺身既我地聽到有d不敢相信 但試過後的確係食緊最原汁原味既鮮選食材 唔同以前淨係識點勁多豉油wasabi咁重口味最期待既壽司到喇 終於有飯入口🤣 聽講大部份omakase都係會由淡到濃咁食 但現場師傅做法係一件濃一件淡咁食 好似同條脷玩遊戲咁 今日師傅主打做吞拿魚 夾住其他有 雪魚 鰻魚 鵝肝 和牛等 當日因為閒日下午時間師傅得閒淨係服侍我地 做一件食一件 本身有社交恐懼症既我地有d尷尬癌發作 但成個過程師傅好似一個好nice既教書老師咁一路介紹一邊出下問題考考我地 有傾有講好似朋友咁 亦增長左小小對日本魚既知識 師傅唔單止表演得好睇 仲好識得同客人互動 我同女朋友都食得好開心放鬆食完飯後飲左個湯之後又食飯喇😮最後既主食係松葉蟹丼飯

最後有個雪糕甜品 有精美既朱古力生日祝福之餘店內仲有專業既攝影服務 氹得我地勁開心☺️第一次食omakase 本來抱住一個貴夾唔飽既諗法黎食 我地都無食早餐 最後竟然捧住個肚出門口🤣師傅話9-11月會有特別魚食 絕對會番轉頭再試🤓

唔似右口魚 左口魚通常薄切晶瑩剔透 入口首先覺得魚味清淡 之後魚油嘅甘香會慢慢散發出嚟

✨深海池魚壽司
魚味濃郁 肉質細緻爽口帶油份👍🏻

✨ 真鯛壽司
真鯛屬於白肉魚 師傅今次做咗「湯霜」將啲油脂逼返出嚟🤤 詳細嚟講 湯霜即係喺魚皮身上淋上熱水 咁樣可以軟化魚皮同時令皮下脂肪風味更加明顯 之後迅速放入冰水入面 以防餘熱擴散至魚肉內部 而真鯛有層皮係到 所以係有少少筋嘅

茶碗蒸
超多魚子放喺菜蒸蛋上面, 配上香滑嘅蛋, 簡簡單單, 但非常好食。

刺身
5年帶子, 肉身肥厚, 超有肉感, 非常有彈性。

鰆魚
油脂豐富, 魚肉香甜。

金扇鯛
魚味濃,同食開嘅鯛魚唔同, 魚油甘香。

鯖魚
最怕食呢種魚, 因為太腥, 又凍冰冰又硬。 但呢度嘅鯖魚一d都唔腥, 重好肥美。

中拖羅
魚油超多, 入口滲滿口, 超正。

銀鱈魚
魚油豐富, 入口超滑。

白鰻魚
魚身紮實, 用火槍燒過後, 帶點野味。

重有太多太多嘅美味食材,真係超正午餐, 大滿足, 一定返轉頭。
