To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次來吃朋友介紹，ORDER了大碗麵，個碗真係好大我地六個人張桌面已經佔了差不多一半。不過人少千萬不要ORDER，如果不是吃這碗麵已經足夠了。花之戀幾好味，另外ORDER了三文魚壽司、油魽魚壽司、吞拿魚壽司、熟蝦壽司，都唔錯。豬軟骨拉麵都係幾好，特別係豬軟骨好軟，唔會好像出面食店的比較硬。不過我見到鄰座三次送了沒有ORDER的食物，如果是我就有點不滿了，不過看到他們也是有不滿的表現。整體我覺得食物味道不錯，但如果要我在門外等位，我就要考慮，因為朋友知道晚上會很多人，所以我們6時半前已經入座，但我們走的時候門外就很多人。如果唔想等最好早點到，有機會我會試多一次。
