今日我們下午食盆菜,預先打電話去訂,之後當天自取,我們因為有 16 個人,於是叫咗大盤,$920。嘩!個盆真係好大個,擺咗上爐滾下滾下時,連啲汁都滿瀉,要裝走啲汁先得。盆菜有好多料,有魚蛋、蝦、 油雞、燒鴨、芋頭、蘿蔔、炆豬肉、豬皮、枝竹、魷魚、冬菇等最受歡迎嘅係彈牙魚蛋,又大粒又好食,好早已經搶晒。之後蘿蔔,豬皮,枝竹,魷魚同埋冬菇都係大家搶食嘅食物。蘿蔔冬菇係勁入味,豬皮又吸收晒汁嘅精華,真係幾好食。而我自己就好鍾意食芋頭,又腍又粉,大大件,好好味。呢個盆有好多炆豬肉,厚厚肥膏,食落好軟滑。反而其他肉和蝦就無食,只係不停食芋頭,蘿蔔,冬菇同枝竹。幾經努力,個半小時內,我哋將成個盤都食得七七八八,真係好勁!
