見到經Openrice訂座有30% off,今日就試吓呢度嘅lunch. 窗外景觀不錯喔 我哋都加咗$48轉餐,有沙律丶麵包丶餐湯(是日羅宋湯)沙律味道正常,夠新鮮麵包剛焗過,夠熱丶夠乾身丶幾香. 舊牛油都好香餐湯幾足料,味道ok香煎比目魚柳配青豆蓉魚皮煎得金黃酥脆,魚柳新鮮丶肉質爽彈慢煮黑毛豬鞍扒全熟,但肉質都唔算”鞋口”,兩面煎得幾靚,肉味幾香甜,配上意大利黑醋汁丶石榴籽,味道配搭得不錯脆燒有機雞胸表面有一層焗過嘅芝士網,雞胸中間夾住蟲草花,味道不太夾,因為始終係雞胸,肉質一定較其他部位”鞋口”,所以應該用啲creamy啲嘅配料去平衡番成道菜.我哋每人加咗$48加甜品,今日係blueberry cheese cake,睇落好小巧,食落cheese味好濃郁丶藍莓醬好厚,好食! 有一點希望餐廳可改善,就係盡量安排全部主菜差不多時間上枱. 煎比目魚同燒雞胸嘅上菜時間相隔半小時實在有點誇張.
