To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南丫島索罟灣落船,行索罟灣一個圈後返到索罟灣食海鮮,再行去榕樹灣。通常啲人都係幫襯頭嗰幾間,一來我哋唔想等二來聽到呢間老闆話送碟炒蜆俾我哋咁就試吓啦。(可能平日先有)我地叫左set B, 同附近嘅店比呢度係平啲,所以期望唔太高。食物比想像中好,即叫即整,尤其椒鹽鮮魷,配埋個甜酸醬真係一流。白灼蝦(我哋要求轉白灼)就咁食都好好食,因為夠新鮮。本身唔使加一,但我哋覺得佢服務好就俾咗少少tips。食海鮮每人唔使$200 ,仲有咁靚嘅海景,下次再帶朋友嚟行山都可以再嚟!(叫set 就cash only**)呢度係一個好好嘅行山補給站,之後繼續輕鬆行去榕樹灣。🤩
