To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由榕樹灣行到索罟灣,見到有幾間海鮮酒家,搏一搏食吓地道海鮮,就試吓呢間海鮮酒家,老闆話開咗好多年了,食一個套餐,送炒蜆,清潔得幾好,沒有食到砂粒,好欣賞條蒸魚,夠新鮮蒸得剛剛好,蝦新鮮,元配好大粒,配料也很多,又有楊州炒飯,味道唔錯,又有菜,送兩個飲品,四百幾蚊,沒有+1服務費,非常之抵食,而且老闆好有禮貌,整咗張海邊的枱給我們,個廁所非常清潔,有別於一般海鮮酒家的廁所,絕對值得再去食多一次,近碼頭, 2分鐘行到去。

經榕樹灣行1小時左右路程到索罟灣
沿途有小路,山路
還經過海灘
風景很美,係有點曬🌞

我同朋友一共11 位去呢間餐廳食飯,我地之前冇睇reviews, 本身想碼頭喺附近搵間食就算,我地經過呢間嘅時候,佢地自己話送多個餸俾我地,咁我地就入左去。疫情期間其實只係有我地同另一枱。點菜嘅時候,個侍應不停話個成$3000 幾嘅餐好抵,但我朋友話睇過我地想食嘅野單點根本唔洗咁貴。我地有小朋友,本身又唔食得多,但都叫左10個餸。餐牌上的食物係有分size。 我地基本都叫左大份。但最後係冇送一個餸,我地亦冇睇餐牌叫左個大嘅清炒菠菜,邊估到頂多1.5 斤嘅菜竟然收$280, 仲貴過炒蜆。整體食物普通,但咁騙人錢真係唔好黎

新年入南丫島行大運,中午就在索罟灣吃個海鮮午餐。碼頭一帶有多間餐廳可以選擇,午飯時段一路走過去,各個店家都熱情推銷自家餐廳,邀請客人入內就坐。其實每家的海鮮套餐內容物都大同小異,大致上都是HKD368起就有一份海鮮二人餐,基於午餐後還準備要行山過去榕樹灣,就隨意挑了這家有一定客人但不是最旺場的桃源餐廳,因為不希望吃個飯也要等很久而被耽誤行程。上菜速度確實挺快,因為多數客人都會直接選擇套餐,所以廚房應該可以一次做幾份同樣的單。二人套餐份量不多,若想吃得滿足的話就還是散點會比較好,畢竟海鮮還是有它的“海鮮價”在的。而對於我們來說,吃得太飽去行山也不是件好事,所以還可以接受。蝦子個頭不大但新鮮,椒鹽入味又香口。魷魚外層酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,好好吃。扇貝一人一隻,調味相對比較清淡,如果留意下出菜順序先出扇貝會比較好。咕咾肉是新年期間免費送的,其實我個人對咕咾肉一般般,因為多數餐廳都是用我討厭的肥肉,但這裡竟然是瘦肉,大讚!生菜意想不到的鮮甜爽脆,超好吃。炒飯一般,不夠乾身,就是填飽肚子用的。食物總的來說還不錯。員工很敬業,看到有客人經過就熱情招呼,沒有客人就迅速扒一口飯,畢竟是午餐時間,人人都會餓,

二人套餐份量不多,若想吃得滿足的話就還是散點會比較好,畢竟海鮮還是有它的“海鮮價”在的。而對於我們來說,吃得太飽去行山也不是件好事,所以還可以接受。

員工很敬業,看到有客人經過就熱情招呼,沒有客人就迅速扒一口飯,畢竟是午餐時間,人人都會餓,但也沒能離開崗位去吃個飯,真是辛苦了。

整體來講,海鮮餐嘅價錢係平,款式種類繁多,但質素唔多掂,至少還原基本步,海鮮最重要一定係新鮮,只要新鮮,點都煮都好食,靜係呢一點佢已經值得改善!

今日天氣幾好,決定搭船去南丫島行下放鬆下,由榕樹灣開始出發,最後行到黎索罟灣,咁離開南丫島之前當然食返個晚餐先啦。喺索罟灣呢邊都幾多海鮮酒家,望過下唔同餐廳D餐牌,見桃源海鮮酒家海鮮套餐D價錢都幾抵食,所以最後決定入去幫襯。 我地叫左個 海鮮二人餐($368) ,裡面包括 黑胡椒海蝦(4隻) ,炸魷魚 ,蒸貴妃蚌(2隻) ,陳皮鮑魚(2隻) ,油菜,炒飯,罐裝汽水,同埋生果先上左碟黑胡椒海蝦,黑胡椒味煮法幾特別蒸貴妃蚌,食落都幾鮮甜睇落普普通通,但個炒飯炒得唔錯,同埋份量都幾大份陳皮鮑魚呢個煮法算係最經典,亦都係最好食既食法,食完個餐仲有飯後果可以食。喺呢個2人餐裡面,有4碟海鮮,1碟炒飯,1碟油菜,汽水連生果,食完都覺得幾飽幾滿足,而價錢先$368免加一,絕對超值,有機會再過黎南丫島可以再食!

同朋友去南丫島玩到順便食海鮮,上網見到有幾間海鮮檔,然後選了這個桃源,一早打電話問問他一圍的價錢,有幾個選擇,最後選了中位價那套餐,晚上去到後老闆勁好服務態度,熱烈地招呼,可能因為是平日客人比較少。12人的份量有六七度海鮮吧大約,絕對有驚喜海鮮應該真的是新鮮捕獲的,特別是那一碟龍蝦球,蝦肉鮮甜,就連洋蔥也很好吃!胡椒蝦也不錯,大大隻,香濃惹味的胡椒配方是絕配。看到OpenRice的食評這一間並不算太多但個人認為這次每一道海鮮都是在水準之上,價錢也很優惠,只是地方比較偏遠,如果下一次約朋友再來南丫島遊玩的話,絕對會再去這間桃園餐廳吃海鮮。

12人的份量有六七度海鮮吧大約,絕對有驚喜海鮮應該真的是新鮮捕獲的,特別是那一碟龍蝦球,蝦肉鮮甜,就連洋蔥也很好吃!胡椒蝦也不錯,大大隻,香濃惹味的胡椒配方是絕配。看到OpenRice的食評這一間並不算太多但個人認為這次每一道海鮮都是在水準之上,價錢也很優惠,只是地方比較偏遠,如果下一次約朋友再來南丫島遊玩的話,絕對會再去這間桃園餐廳吃海鮮。
