To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 間唔中都嚟南丫島行索罟灣,行完一圈之後通常會喺度食午餐,再行去榕樹灣。差唔多一年冇嚟南丫島,估唔到少咗咁多人,入索罟灣嘅時候開細船仲要坐唔夠一半人,食飯人都唔多。時代真係話變就變。之前都係食餐,今次散叫。椒鹽鮮魷:呢個唔使講,必食,因為散叫我哋叫咗最細嗰個量(餐牌寫「例」),應該都夠三個人食。星洲炒米:夠鑊氣,唔會鹹,唔辣,正常星洲米應有嘅味啦黃金茄子:因為係切片嘅關係,佢吸油比較多,如果切角會好啲,所以唔夠乾身,淋咗啲,不過味道都可以。兩個人食實在太多。另外叫咗椰青,行完山好熱,極速解渴。題外話,食食吓後面嗰檯大陸人喺度食煙,有冇搞錯?之後我哋要求掉去另一邊坐,仲好,靜靜地繼續一邊享受海景,一邊食午餐。 continue reading

由榕樹灣行到索罟灣,見到有幾間海鮮酒家,搏一搏食吓地道海鮮,就試吓呢間海鮮酒家,老闆話開咗好多年了,食一個套餐,送炒蜆,清潔得幾好,沒有食到砂粒,好欣賞條蒸魚,夠新鮮蒸得剛剛好,蝦新鮮,元配好大粒,配料也很多,又有楊州炒飯,味道唔錯,又有菜,送兩個飲品,四百幾蚊,沒有+1服務費,非常之抵食,而且老闆好有禮貌,整咗張海邊的枱給我們,個廁所非常清潔,有別於一般海鮮酒家的廁所,絕對值得再去食多一次,近碼頭, 2分鐘行到去。 continue reading

聖誕節去索罟灣郊遊…一行四人行完山去食飯,碼頭附近成排酒家,有新式有舊式,建議大家對比幾家才選擇,我地對比過後決定選擇桃源,因為我較想食傳統酒家…我地選擇了最貴的一個4人餐($1188沒有加一),包括:炸鮮魷蒜蓉蒸元貝炒龍蒸魚(原本為咕嚕肉/鮑魚,老闆話4人改送蒸魚俾我地)炒青菜炒蜆(這碟是送的,原本老闆說45週年及聖誕節所以送鮑魚,但我本人不太好鮑魚,故改送炒蜆)廈門炒米(原本為炒飯,友人問可否改炒米,老闆好易話為話整個廈門炒米俾我地試)飲品(維他檸檬茶菊花茶芬達之類,可加錢改其他飲品)生果(西瓜菠蘿)成餐都唔錯好好食,埋單$1209 (因為飲品我地額外加錢換其他野飲),聖誕節可以300蚊/人 食到海鮮餐仲要有超級無敵大海景夕陽睇真係好值,反正我地食得好開心好滿足❤️ continue reading
