To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多日沒有喝奶茶，今日癮起，便在白加士街找間茶記搵食。本想試美新茶餐廳，但見到openrice的網友食評，評價頗差。實在無謂摶，便又到隔離的麗都，最少我自己幫趁過。今次點了特餐B（$40），有叉燒湯意粉+火腿奄列+厚多士，熱飲叫了茶走。叉燒湯意粉的叉燒賣相不錯，是厚切的，味道不錯。不似有些茶記的叉燒，又乾又瘦色澤又差。要讚的是湯底燙口地熱，極怕吃到溫吞水般的湯水，可惜味道稍淡。意粉的質地亦有彈性，軟硬適中，很多湯意粉都會煮得過軟。厚多士烘得也好，我沒加牛油，吃起來亦香脆。火腿奄列的味道尚可，但是太油了，如果是炒滑蛋就會為這個特餐加分。茶走的味道比奶茶好，多了煉奶的香味，甜度亦剛好，完全滿足了我的茶癮！
