To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年的生日都是在工作中渡過，放工後，老婆想為我慶祝，於是決定到牛角吃燒肉。以往在牛角吃飯，一般都會點套餐，但吃得多套餐，都想試下其他菜式，所以這次決定散叫。燒肉6品盛共有6款燒肉，包括豚肉燒，雞腿肉，牛肋肉，牛舌，腹胸肉及豬頸肉。每款都有4片，兩個人食剛剛好。各款肉質一般，牛肋肉稍為有點韌，反而腹胸肉最有牛味，而且很淋身，有入口即溶的感覺。牛角飯上次在屯門店是很好吃的，不知為何這次在元朗分店的水準下降了，飯熱度不足，醬汁不夠。
