喺T3下,落咗成日雨,夜晚終於無落雨,唔帶遮都可以唔濕身。「牛屋」整體嚟講,食物味道同質素偏高⬆️,但份量偏細⬇️。🐮『紐西蘭牛柳』$168牛柳比想像中細塊,但肉質鮮嫩多汁,幾重牛味;跟「薯菜」——薯條份量多,幾飽肚⋯⋯🐣『意式檸檬牛油汁燒春雞』$168檸檬牛油汁有驚喜,牛油可以令到個春雞比較嫩滑,食落有肉汁;但好多cafe嘅燒春雞,都係一隻雞咁上,佢就得半隻,相比下份量比較細,有少少唔夠喉⋯⋯🐌『招牌法式焗田螺』$68田螺有六粒,比較淋;下面墊左一層厚厚嘅薯蓉,比想像中多(成隻叉咁厚);牛油/忌廉份量適中,唔會太油膩⋯⋯酥皮羅宋湯(紅湯)多料,但味道偏鹹;友人認為酥皮襯白湯多啲,佢要次會咁叫。📍 牛屋餐廳酒吧 (佐敦)佐敦吳松街143號地下。回味指數:🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑地理位置方便,價錢可以接受,所以回味率偏高
