To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期五一行四人, 原先想打邊爐, 但原來佢地個個都食過創發嘅潮菜,無理由唔帶我呢隻為食貓去試下,上次佢地雖然都中左隻响螺招...但依然力讚喎,我緊要試下啦,我地四個人叫左以下......1)胡椒豬肚湯 (正)2)鵝片并鵝腸 (D鵝腸好食過鵝片喎)3)炒魚麵 (OK,未食過就幾特別嘅)4)水瓜烙 (好食, 我一向少食呢D炸野都覺得好好食,因為一D都唔油,)5)蝦棗蟹棗 (蝦棗好食過蟹棗, 入面D馬啼D味好清同好出)6)韮菜花炒咸肉 (一般)7)石榴雞 (食師傅D功夫…但我覺得D味麻麻~) ***　前菜小食個個炸魚仔真係超好食!8)反沙芋 (好好食)9)清心丸薑薯 (D清心丸咁少嘅~~~)10)清心丸豆爽 (D清心丸咁少嘅~~~,不過相比起薑薯，清心丸薑薯好食Ｄ喎 )11)潮式慈穀粿　（好香芝麻味，但唔識欣賞）12)福果甜芋泥　　（超甜．．．但同行有人鍾意到暈）如果唔叫Ｄ時價野，其實都好抵食另外分舖都幾乾淨，洗手間都乾淨Ｄ侍應都幾好，知道我地件件甜品都想食，每款都可以要一兩件．
