To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老字號加太賀喺紅磡。細個成日睇電視見到。呢條仿日本的日本美食店。今日就即搵道場一試。價錢唔係好貴40元左右有交易。我自己就叫咗個餃子烏冬。餃子用上急凍餃子三大隻。不過不失啦因為餃子都係一啲平價貨。烏冬個麵底亦都唔係用上日本稻庭烏冬。只係一啲平價烏冬之選咬落口口唔夠膽啊。換菜方面日本魚蛋青島全部有。喺啲基本係佢算係抄得幾足。到最後食完仲有雪糕糯米糍。不過粒雪糕糯米糍係維記的。並非日本的雪糕糯米糍。我都明白一分錢一分貨呢個價錢我唔可以要求得咁多。
