終於有機會朝聖下呢間日本過江龍餐廳,只有一款餐牌,包括十六款菜式😳唔好睇每款好似得好少,食曬咁多款之後其實好飽肚🤰日本廚師發辦👨🏻‍🍳有咩特別要求就記得提早同廚師講啦唔洗擔心唔識日文溝通唔到,用英文溝通都無問題,有啲店員都係香港人黎架~不得不讚下佢地嘅服務態度,由始至終都非常細心,有咩需要佢地都會即刻留意到🫡第一道菜係湯品,淡淡菊花香,入口清新舒適中間則有唔同部位嘅串燒,醬汁同品嘗方式都各有特色~小編最鐘意封面呢款免治雞肉棒,中間夾雜了些許雞軟骨增加口感,抹上月見汁,再將生蛋黃均勻的裹在雞肉棒上,難以言喻嘅美味🤤松露免治雞肉飯雖然要額外+$100,但小編完全無後悔加!黑松露味超級香,軟糯嘅飯粒被蛋黃、雞肉同松露包裹住,好惹味🥹諗翻都流口水…最後以甜品作結,抹茶布丁微甘唔甜,栗子味好濃郁,不過略嫌甜咗少少~人均$1000+10%,價錢以廚師發辦黎講算係正常價錢,食物質素、餐廳環境同服務都與價錢成正比,值得試下😋
