To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老友話呢個價錢真係可以食到好盡，尤其係特價時段，百幾蚊又火鍋又燒肉又刺身壽司，果然係極罕有貼地價錢！老友熟練地先去攞湯底同煲，熱左個湯先，然後委派我去攞火鍋料。金菇肥牛菜類南瓜冬菇蘿蔔丸丸丸，唔少野揀，芝心丸任夾；望下隔離仲有勁多款燒肉，過去八下雞牛豬唔同部位都有，三色椒都夾d，返到去開始燒肉。雞翼、牛扒、豬扒，夠香夠肉味，檯上黑椒、鹽調一調味就足夠，偶爾有d肉會比較韌，調一調較火力再燒又唔韌，原來唔關肉質事，只係燒太熟。個場都幾闊落，食物同飲品區好多，而且有埋熟食、壽司刺身、各式飲品、雪糕甜品等等，唔怪之得早場都爆滿啦。
