To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可以食到超飽既日本菜！

話說個日lunch我地一大班同學（約26位）聚舊於是去左加太賀食日本菜，貪佢位置多而去唔係太貴！一共叫左4個四人餐同2個二人餐！你無睇錯！表面上好似只係夠20個人食，但實際上係份量多到食唔曬！！每個4人餐裡面都會有一個小食、兩個主食、一盤壽司+刺身+沙律+甜品。wahh真係好多！所以基本上一個4人餐其實係可以for7個人食都未必食得曬！至於食物方面，最有驚喜既係太空鍋拉麵同沙律。太空鍋拉麵顧名思義個鍋好似太空咁大，我地一見到已經嚇親！個拉麵係濃既豬骨湯底，而且麵既質感煮得armarm好！三文魚芒果沙律可能大家經常係日本餐廳都唔會特別叫黎食，但佢呢個沙律三文魚份量真係好多！係多到食唔曬！！而且d三文魚仲係好厚身！真係誠意十足！！每道菜既份量都係好似一座山咁高，而且好足料！！真係值得一試！
