牛筋 of this restaurant is the best one I've tried so far in Hong Kong. The texture is very good and the taste of soup is just accurate, not too strong nor too light. Ice lemon tea is also very good. However, milk tea is not so good. The taste of milk is too strong for me. For noodles, you can choose 銀針粉 which is not so common in ordinary restaurant. However, the price is a little bit high comparing with others.
