果然係招牌,係我食過數一數二最好食嘅八爪魚!
真空低溫烹飪法(Sous-Vide),做法係將食物真空包裝,然後以合適嘅溫度慢煮。食物會呈現非常軟嫩的口感,當中的汁液和營養也不會流失。再喺食之前用煎pan大火燒焦表面,就可以呈現到外脆內軟嘅味道!底下嘅蕃茄同埋蒜蓉醬好夾,食落去竟然有種食緊章魚小丸子嘅感覺。同埋呢間餐廳竟然可以將伴菜都整得咁好食,羽衣甘藍完全唔苦!
