Restaurant: Eat Well Canteen
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旁邊的伯伯食食下來搭訕,佢話食唔飽,份量好少,三餸唔知點解收左佢$60好貴。我望一望他的碟: 伯伯,你果度4款黎喎。佢驚訝了下,因為他不知道這裡飯其實係計一款的,由於唔少健康飲食朋友或糖尿病人都未必吃飯,因此這裡的飯和湯都各自當一款計算,以免產少不必要的食餘造成浪費。3款=$45,4款=$60伯伯繼續喃喃自語:都係丫,份量少了點為左撫慰一下他的不爽,我用了我那碟飯來向他解釋了一番:呢度係香港少有的farm-to-table餐廳,即係由嘉道理農場直接運送有機種植的食材過來,豆腐是鹽滷無石膏粉的,沙津醬是無添加新鮮自家打的,連飯上灑的瓜子都係有機兼自己炒的。伯伯聽完後哦下,然後靜左,我以為佢嫌我多口,點知隔左幾秒佢笑一笑話:咁聽落又抵食左喎。(Delay?Haha好可愛♡) 如果可以的話,我都好想可以間間餐廳都好似呢度咁,有大廚同員工系度比我對食材同做法問得詳詳細細,不過可惜唔多餐廳好似呢度咁員工都咁knowledgeable, 香港的話只有數間有使命的餐廳可以咁educational。不過呢度都有美中不足的地方,就係飯在冬天有點不夠熱,反映過後話因為設備原因暫時都改變唔到,其餘就已經好令
