To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到北角北角滙,揀咗一間火鍋放題嚟到食晚飯,喺餐牌見到一個叫做三極級三筋肉嘅肉類,我唔知咩叫三極級三筋肉,我第一次聽(恕我孤陋寡聞😂),不過又想試吓佢究竟係咩料,所以就揀咗呢一個餐。三筋肉嚟到嘅時候望到啲肉嘅油脂都幾多,但係唔算有好重嘅油脂香味,不過佢嘅肉質算係好食,好淋好嫩有肉味,如果二百幾蚊食呢款肉,仲要係放題,我覺得係超值👍🏻,你仲可以選擇其餘兩款肉,不過瞬間就會比下去,另外豬肉佢都有兩款,我就特登叫咗西班牙伊比利亞豬嚟到試吓,又見到個樣都煮熟咗,有少少俾佢呃咗以為係牛肉,其實食落口都唔係好似豬肉,佢嘅肉質唔係鞋,都係好淋好嫩,幾精彩👍🏻。順帶一提呢度嘅雪糕係movenpick 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
