都有幾個月冇幫襯榮園,突然之間唔記得咗佢嘅魚片定魚蛋好食啲呢?巷仔嗰陣我鍾意食魚片,但係入咗舖之後魚片好似唔係好得。是但啦,叫咗個牛筋魚片河。結論係,魚片偏厚實,似交來貨,完全不似舊時模樣,印象中,魚蛋應該好食啲。牛筋炆得夠腍入味,腩汁濃厚,不會像某些新店,花椒八角味太搶。腩汁芥蘭,正正常常,但就不會像麥文好旺角般,有「揀手油菜」的質素。唯有河粉依舊幼滑,暫時榮園仍是香港眾多魚蛋粉之中,我最鍾意的河粉。一提起榮園,好多人就會話已經唔及得喺巷仔以前咁好食,直頭差咗好多,但係我諗:依家香港嘅漁獲都差咗好多,紅衫魚大眼雞都變咗貴價魚,點可能仲要求同往日嘅味道一樣呢?何況,入咗舖之後,有冷氣,衛生環境亦同以前好唔同。有失亦有得,事過境遷,記取今日,活在當下。
