都有幾個月冇幫襯榮園,突然之間唔記得咗佢嘅魚片定魚蛋好食啲呢?巷仔嗰陣我鍾意食魚片,但係入咗舖之後魚片好似唔係好得。是但啦,叫咗個牛筋魚片河。結論係,魚片偏厚實,似交來貨,完全不似舊時模樣,印象中,魚蛋應該好食啲。牛筋炆得夠腍入味,腩汁濃厚,不會像某些新店,花椒八角味太搶。腩汁芥蘭,正正常常,但就不會像麥文好旺角般,有「揀手油菜」的質素。唯有河粉依舊幼滑,暫時榮園仍是香港眾多魚蛋粉之中,我最鍾意的河粉。一提起榮園,好多人就會話已經唔及得喺巷仔以前咁好食,直頭差咗好多,但係我諗:依家香港嘅漁獲都差咗好多,紅衫魚大眼雞都變咗貴價魚,點可能仲要求同往日嘅味道一樣呢?何況,入咗舖之後,有冷氣,衛生環境亦同以前好唔同。有失亦有得,事過境遷,記取今日,活在當下。

旺角雲吞粉喺旺角做facial,趕住要食少少嘢,經過呢度就入去求其嗌咗碗麵。$40 雲吞河喺旺角嚟講嘅話,唔算平,但係都大大碗,有5粒雲吞,河粉偏幼身,但係都唔會碎濕濕。每一粒雲吞都好大粒,好多餡,蝦同豬肉都有好多。喺旺角來講,不過不失,可以快食。

放工後去旺角買完電器,就周圍睇下有咩食。見到門口貼住舊照片,話開業幾十年,由橫巷麵檔搬入鋪位,諗住點都 ok ,可以試下啦。入到嚟,座位逼夾就預咗,反正過咗繁忙時間,唔洗我搭檯就得啦!叫咗個牛腩撈麵,嚟到個麵咁細既? 只係略略鋪咗個碟底。 撈麵理應比普通湯份量多啲架! 若果唔係,洗咩要比貴啲錢食撈麵啫?食湯麵咪得囉? 牛腩得碎濕濕幾舊。味道正常,唔算難食,但就一定唔會有驚喜啦!呢啲所謂街坊小店,幫襯一次就夠皮啦! 唔洗回頭。

吃個快飯,又不是特別肚餓,好隨機地走進了一家舊式麵家。店內主要是中年男性顧客,應該都是為了吃得快和飽肚。這大概是我吃過最難吃的牛肚,難吃在於非常硬,非常韌,味也淡。牛肚理應是一間麵店的基本食材,但也可以弄得如此不好吃,也實在難得。牛筋撈麵比較正常,牛筋明顯是昏了兩批,一批是煮了一段時間,比較軟身,另一批應該是頗新鮮,就是硬的牛筋。麵尚算彈牙,可是下了很多醬油,非常重口味,很鹹。以後無論如何也不會踏進這間店。

對上一次幫襯已經係未入舖既日子好耐無食了今日見下午茶食到好飽晚餐就清清地想食魚旦粉諗起榮園了點了~魚旦粉一定要落辣椒油同醋(媽媽由細教的食法)呢度既辣椒油幾香辣味就中等醋是原支的調味料算是無得輸了份量呢可能我唔算太餓覺得正常份量~云吞河走清唔知係姨姨落錯單定我自己無聽佢覆單佢比錯左麵我我同姨姨講佢都好好即刻幫我換番云吞都算正常質素(唔知係咪自己包呀)下次會再來的

剛聽到有食客點雲吞麵要求麵要烚腍一點?腍腍劈那會好食,莫非係假牙?不過以前有同事要食極腍近溶出前一丁麵,各有各口味。早年遇到有個阿嬸食客發爛渣無三餸湯麵食,失控呱呱嘈!誰知剛才我想食雙併撈麵,現已禁止!只可以單餸撈麵,食湯麵都最多雙拼!獨裁政權到底咩道理呀?依家被迫只可以食雙拼湯麵唔夠飽,轉頭要食多餐!

牛筋腩撈麵,清湯好淡,食完灌入清洗味蕾也不錯。用彈牙靚麵掛上美甜腩汁跟大量辣椒渣再捲上鬆化牛腩,擘盡我的血盆大口用力吸啜!食得豪氣暢快,停不了的動作,迅間消滅無得留低,好好食呀﹗辣椒油高質美妙!微辣而香味出眾使人回味,惹味開胃夠刺激!

牛丸牛筋腩粗麵加腩汁,都話走蔥咯,燥底突然上火!挑晒落檯面大媽您自己掃啦!食飽飽火氣降溫,用紙巾抺完嘴仔,順手將蔥花堆埋一齊,我氣量大,原諒大媽您!我係純正香港民,絕不被神州文化污染!牛骨湯底清香可口,粗麵爽彈滑高質,彈滑靚粗麵捲埋牛腩拖著大量辣椒渣濃湯享用,極美味極暢快!

蠔油生菜,爽甜沾上鮮味不咸不濁蠔油,全部清掉翠綠鮮嫩舔舔脷。蠔油菜芯,鮮爽翠綠,爆汁清甜無得頂﹗久別重逢,重新出發!無晒驃形大漢大叔,換來州味濃的嬸嬸伯伯。蠔油芥蘭,早前讚過菜芯大大碟疊得高高滿滿,物超所值!眼前芥蘭得少少,來貨價貴菜芯多倍?食落極高的品質,條條脆卜卜爆出菜甜味,就連菜葉都嫩嫩的!

魚蛋牛筋腩河,河粉看似正常,但一夾即散晒!唔怪得前後左右河粉男女都用羹食,還以為個個都那麼百般優雅斯文添!最後連我都要用羹食,大啖大啖掃入口算數,腍劈劈散筲筲!濃濃清香牛腩湯原味可口無敵,撈上辣椒油變得辛辣惹味,更加慾罷不能,幾乎一滴不漏飲晒。

魚蛋牛筋腩河,幾乎永不失敗的牛腩!嘆足您廿幾年都廿年如一日,依舊鬆化棉滑香甜濃郁!五香牛筋腩無得輸無得頂,鬆軟彈滑,嫩滑無渣,肉汁微滲,味道帶著香濃五香味,泛著富豐可口香料味。牛腩軟棉嫩滑,不乾不鞋亦無渣,甜美可口汁液已佔據每條纖維。溫柔地嘴嚼,每啖都滲出暖暖肉汁,真的欲仙欲死啊﹗牛筋腩撈粗,粗麵微嫩帶滑有咬口,結實爽彈硬麵大愛,掛著大量辣椒渣狂啜辛香微辣,最愛用麵捲住牛腩撈埋大量辣椒塞入口,刺激醒腦!

淨雙丸走蔥,其實係牛丸魚蛋喎,淨丸蛋先正確,可能榮園只有這兩款。魚蛋有著魚腐的味道及質地,質地都有點似鯪魚滑做成既魚蛋。魚蛋雖腍但腍中帶滑十分神奇,外彈內軟多汁,鯪魚滑味濃濃的,亦有點潮州魚蛋味。魚片跟魚蛋味道一模一樣,只係多左炸過的咸香及嚥韌外皮。起初不喜歡,奇怪地越食越起勁,越有味道越喜歡。牛丸使我聯想起打邊爐,跟凍肉舖買既同出一轍。外層滑嘟嘟,質感十分結實而帶點爽,淡淡的牛肉香,平凡一般。牛丸充滿彈力,整粒啪入口,爆開!肉汁甜牛肉味清爽蠻好食,不過通記更勝一籌。

雲吞牛筋腩粗麵,我要雲吞牛筋腩撈粗走蔥走蠔油,出現係湯麵加勁多蔥!阿嬸親手幫我挑走蔥花,我原諒您啦。以為比只淨腩麵我,終於發現 3 粒大大粒雲吞藏係底,不過有粒爆開散晒咯。牛筋腩撈粗麵,高質鬆軟牛腩被彈牙粗麵捲著大大力啜入口,大量辣椒肉在味蕾打滾,香辣惹味可口無比,不停塞不要停!

淨牛筋腩、雲吞撈麵加腩汁,侍應大媽肉緊地提醒淨牛腩要 $75 蚊喎,我心諗我有錢比架!再次偷懶唔操拳,去到旺角都要逃學,我肚餓想食野、頸渴想飲酒麻!

淨牛筋腩,淡茂茂,炆得不入味!牛腩瘦瘦的,切得大大舊不能一啖塞入口,太乾鞋硬要慢慢撕開進食,仲要用力點趙,失望!半碟牛筋,爽而不黏,不過不失。雲吞撈麵加腩汁,腩汁同牛筋腩一樣淡而無味!第一次要撈豉油食。幼麵太腍太濕不爽彈,完全失水準。雲吞撈麵加腩汁,鮮肉雲吞?食唔到蝦既?夠大粒,味一般,瘦肉少肥豬肉勁多。

牛肚牛腩河走蔥,軟綿鬆化的牛腩,腍腍帶彈金錢肚,跟嫩滑河粉可以混為一體直入嘴仔。看似只暖不熱的河粉,掛上大量辣油不留餘地狠狠地吸啜,竟然灼到甩皮啊!實在太過香甜味美,損晒都在所不惜!

落單時再三叮囑要加紫菜,重要既事講三次都係唔夠!最後廚房大媽都唔肯比我食,激死我!樓面大媽想後補,我都差不多食完,算罷啦﹗要收成 $10 蚊加紫菜?不合理舖租實在過份,難為老百姓!搞到 $18 蚊只幾兩芥蘭,要 $36 蚊碗魚蛋粉得幾啖仔!香港 97 以前國泰民安地靈人潔豐衣足食,您話點解?

墨魚丸牛筋腩伊麵走蔥,我明明只係講牛腩,但只得兩細粒仔腩肉碎,大量牛筋!唔講以為係牛筋伊麵添呀。墨丸實淨足料,有墨魚鮮味,仲有菜粒馬蒂粒爽爽的,還可以。伊麵蛋味甜甜油香吸引,極為爽彈非一般,但吸湯力帶湯力都低下,而且麵餅較我食開的份量略少,什麼牌子來的?

榮園麵家 was once a very old noodle shop found in an alley. It was always busy regardless of the service and the dust that flew around you. Somehow, sitting in a dirty alley with a hot bowl of noodles made it all so comforting. For some reason or other, it closed that shop and moved to a new location. Boyfriend had the braised beef brisket with beef tendon noodles. The beef was soft and tender and packed with flavor. The tendon was great. Very soft and smooth.

I had the wonton with fish balls. The fish balls had a strong fish taste though very soggy in texture. The wontons were ok though the pork meat was a bit dry.

Food was ok. It wasn't amazing enough for me to purposely come to Mong Kok to have noodles as I get some pretty decent ones near where I live. But I guess it's fine if I wanted something simple if in the area.
