To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食元氣的朋友都知，好多元氣的分店已經變成「高速線」裝修，不再是迴轉壽司🍣之前食咗幾間，質數非常參差，試過食apm分店，碟吞拿魚壽司簡直不堪入目，魚生不新鮮，飯也是一夾即散今次因緣際會去到金鐘分店，好開心佢仲係迴轉壽司形式！真係好正，望住啲壽司都已經食慾大增～啲壽司真係新鮮，魚生有光澤，老土講句：真係魚有魚味！海膽新鮮金黃色，平時最怕食到啲有腥味，佢反而係甘甜👍🏼👍🏼 我個人最欣賞貝殼類嘅壽司，赤貝同榮螺真係冇得輸！連平時要求甚高的男朋友都有讚冇彈👏🏼👏🏼絕對值得一戰再戰🎉🎉
