To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家位於中環的印度菜餐廳，環境典雅，感受到濃厚的印度風情。這次來到這裡，迫不及待想要感受傳統的印度美食，這可能是香港的最佳印度菜。Delhi Golgappa Shot，外殼酥脆，裡頭包裹著清涼的香料水，一口下去，瞬間在口中爆開，帶來驚喜的層次感。Samosa金黃酥脆，內餡香氣四溢，搭配著酸辣醬，令人一試成主顧。Chicken Tikka Chaat完美的下酒小菜，雞肉鮮嫩，搭配香料與酸奶，層次分明，每一口都想要多點一些。Lassooni Palak Paneer，菠菜的鮮嫩配上濃郁的奶酪，是印度常見的素菜。Butter Chicken Old Delhi Style濃厚的咖喱味道，半反的良物，加上肉質軟嫩，伴隨香氣四溢的Kashmiri Saffron Pulao，完美提升風味。Garlic Naan外脆內軟，搭配著香濃的咖喱。清甜的Mango Lassi，真是完美收尾。
