Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇到有咁多好評特登過嚟試吓喺北角英皇道一條幽暗嘅樓梯直上一入到去地方很寬敞,有個佛壇感覺慈悲有好多外籍人士同埋街坊場面熱鬧我哋叫咗個二人餐加$20轉燉湯好多姑姑有啲黏口,仲落咗啲假肉粒咕嚕肉啲肉有啲假唔敢食,第二啲齋鋪用猴頭菇,菠蘿用罐頭南乳齋煲成煲野五小塊紹菜,幾條支竹,成煲都係粉絲磨菇蠔姑用罐頭姑姑南瓜西米露夾硬飲咗幾啖,真係唔得餐具油跡有污跡,最基本嘅普洱茶葉都唔好飲咁差嘅質素有浸味,飲完唔舒服又一次對食齋有恐懼不是有意抹黑,純粹個人感受,希望餐廳能夠聆聽意見
